Three years ago, Detroit cousins Jude and Dan Sharpe, who worked in construction, were fooling around with wheelbarrows at work and they realized that there are other fun things to do with the one-wheelers other than mixing concrete and hauling manure — such as... doing breath-taking stunts, for example — and WheelbarrowFreeStyle was born. After perfecting their unique style of handling wheelbarrows (empty, that is) they took the act on the road, performing at several festivals around the country.
The makers of the New Zealand beer "Export Gold"
even flew them Down Under
to film a TV commercial for their product.
